Vic: Elderly man critical after van rollover
MELBOURNE, April 3 AAP - An elderly man is in a critical condition after his van rolled
on him in southwest Victoria.
The 80-year-old man was standing near the van on the side of the Hamilton Highway,
at Inverleigh, when it began rolling and struck him about 8am (AEDT), police said.
The van also hit a semi-trailer causing minor damage before it came to a stop in a
nearby paddock.
The Bell Park man sustained significant pelvic, abdominal, chest and leg injuries and
was airlifted to The Alfred hospital.
