Access Developers Inc. (OTCBB:AONE) announced today it will offer a Private Placement Stock Offering of up to $3 million to finance its continued expansion and marketing efforts.
The company's Private Placement Offering is available to qualified investors in $100,000 minimum investments. The proceeds will be used for marketing, implementation of the company's Voice Over IP Services and working capital.
Thomas V. Walker, president and chief executive officer of Access Developers stated, "We have grown significantly in the past year, primarily through internal funding, from being a local ISP serving the Southern California area to a National ISP serving 47 cities in 27 states. This funding will take Access to the next level."
Walker also indicated that Access would shortly file with the SEC to become a fully reporting company and will seek a NASDAQ Small Cap listing.
